Terms of Service.

1. Agreement

By purchasing or using any software, bot, hosted service, or web application offered by Muggle Automation (operated by MuggleMike), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you don't agree, do not use the service.

2. What you're buying

Muggle Automation sells access to Discord bots and companion web panels for Red Dead Redemption 2 roleplay servers. Purchase grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the bot and its panel inside the specific Discord server(s) approved for your account. Access is lifetime for the purchased server, including future updates, but the underlying code and design remain the property of MuggleMike.

3. What you may not do

You may not, without explicit written permission:

Resell, sublicense, lease, or redistribute the bot, panel, source code, or any portion thereof.
Reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of any compiled component.
Copy, mirror, or republish the panel UI, website, branding, or design assets.
Use the service to violate Discord's Terms of Service, applicable law, or any third party's rights.
Run the bot or panel on a Discord server other than the one(s) approved at purchase, without buying additional licenses.

4. Intellectual property

All source code, designs, branding, logos, copy, and UI elements are © 2026 MuggleMike. The "Muggle Automation" name and logo are trademarks of MuggleMike. Buying a license does not transfer any ownership.

5. Data collected

When you use the bots or panels, the following is recorded so the product can function:

Your Discord user ID, username, and avatar hash.
Discord server IDs the bot is approved for, and your role/membership in them.
Donations, payouts, queue activity, and earnings posted to channels the bot is configured to watch.
Authentication events (logins, logouts, denied attempts) including IP address, for security and abuse detection.

Data is stored on a private server controlled by MuggleMike. It is not sold or shared with third parties. You may request a copy or full deletion of your data by contacting mugglemike on Discord; deletion requests are honored within 7 days unless retention is legally required.

6. No warranty

The service is provided "as is", without warranty of any kind, express or implied. MuggleMike does not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that defects will be corrected, though support is provided in good faith.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, MuggleMike's total liability for any claim arising out of or relating to the service is limited to the amount you actually paid for the license. MuggleMike is not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of data, profits, or goodwill.

8. Termination

MuggleMike may revoke your license at any time if you breach these terms, attempt to redistribute the software, or use it in a way that risks the service's integrity or other customers. Revocation does not entitle you to a refund.

9. Changes

These terms may be updated from time to time. The "Last updated" date above reflects the current version. Continued use after a change constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
